My goal is to ensure each client gets a package that fits their needs, so feel free to reach out if you have specific questions regarding pricing, a package being customized, or anything here that may not be listed.
PLEASE READ VERY THOROUGHLY:
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time for your photos. The deposit is half the price of the session. If the deposit is not paid within 48 hours of scheduling the appointment, the slot will not be held. The scheduled agreed upon date and time will be available to another client if it is not paid within the 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy: All deposits are non-refundable. After 48 hours of paying the deposit, you may cancel and receive a refund. After the 48 hours has passed, the deposit becomes non-refundable. If the cancellation is initiated by Modern Color Photography then the deposit will be fully refunded back to the client.
Other Important Fees and Charges:
If you cancel a photo shoot and want to reschedule, if it's for the same day and during the same time slot there will be a non-refundable fee of $20.00. For example, if your appointment is at 3:00 and ends at 4:00 and you want to change it to 3:30-4:30 then the fee would be $20.00 as long as the new time slot is available.
If you cancel the appointment all together and want to reschedule for a different day a $30 non-refundable fee will apply to reschedule to a different time and day.
If for any reason you cancel and decline to reschedule at that time and change your mind at a later date the rescheduling fee will still apply. No additional deposit has to be paid as long as it's within 30 days.
If you cancel, I will try my best to work with you to reschedule but the fees still apply.
If the location for the appointment is 25-50 miles outside of Columbia, SC, there will be an additional $35 traveling fee. If the location for the appointment is 50-100 miles outside of Columbia, SC, there will be an additional $60 traveling fee.
If you'd like to book your appointment on an observed holiday such as New Year's Eve/New Year's, Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Christmas, etc., there will be a $35 booking fee.
Advanced Props are not included unless discussed with photographer. Advanced Props include balloons, cake, confetti, newborn specific clothing, baskets, holiday items, banners, smoke bombs or signs. These items may be included if items are mentioned in initial consult and agreed upon. A fee may apply to purchase specific props.

Pictures normally take between 7-14 days to process edits and return to client. Depending on the time of year and schedule you may receive edited pictures before the 7-14 day time frame, BUT if you request to have edited pictures prior to 7 days there is a 25.00 charge for rushed turn around time. We want to make sure you have a superior final product!
All Modern Color Photography Images are owned by the company. Logos will be on all images. If you would like photos without logos you would need to speak with Modern Color Photography to purchase rights to photos.
